Advisory Portfolio: Boards and Advisory Roles Described

The archived portfolio page listed a handful of advisory and board roles held through Diemacher, LLC. The names of the organisations were shown as images in the original, so the descriptions below follow the text that survived. They are summarised here for reference and are not a current record.

Roles recorded

  • Airline board and ownership advisor. One role combined a seat on the board of directors with advice to the owners. Its goals were to reduce costs, raise revenues and position the carrier more strongly against a much larger competitor in its country.
  • Operating partner at an investment firm. In this position, the aim was to help the team recognise the strongest investment opportunities within its scope, and to serve on two portfolio-company boards to support those investments.
  • Advisory board for a moving-store business. The role covered finding new markets in the moving-store segment, improving marketing and revenue management, and strengthening operations.
  • Security advisory board for Clear. As the airline specialist, the advisor helped place Clear better within the airline sector, both with consumers and in the airport environment.
  • Advisor to CPI. This position supported the board in promoting CPI to new markets and in presenting the main benefits of CPI coins.
  • Advisory board for Ricovr. The archive said the work was to help market the company’s saliva-based device for measuring THC.

What the list shows

Taken together, the entries reflect a pattern: an executive with a background in airlines applying lessons in revenue management, cost discipline and positioning to other industries. The roles range from transport to private investment, consumer security, collectible products and health technology.

For the person behind the roles, see the About page. A broader overview of the themes is on the home page.
